About the dispatch line

What we are

Miami AC Dispatch is a referral and dispatch line. When you call the number on this site or send the request form, we pass your information to an independent, locally based air-conditioning contractor who serves your area, and they contact you to set the visit. From that point on you deal with the contractor directly.

We built it because finding an AC contractor in Miami on the day the system dies is a scramble: the good ones are booked, the rules on replacements changed in 2025, and homeowners are asked to decide between a repair and a five-figure replacement with very little information. The pages here exist to give you that information before anyone opens the air handler.

What we are not

We are not an air-conditioning contractor and we do not employ technicians. We do not perform or supervise work, set or quote prices, pull permits, collect payment, or provide a warranty. The contractor is responsible for their license, insurance, permit, equipment, workmanship, and pricing. If something goes wrong with a job, the contractor is who you call, and the county building department and the Florida DBPR are who you complain to.

How the contractors are chosen

Contractors who take calls from this line work in Miami-Dade, do residential air conditioning, and serve Spanish-speaking homeowners as well as English-speaking ones. We do not verify licenses or insurance on your behalf; you should. Ask the contractor for their Florida license number (CAC or CMC) and check it on MyFloridaLicense.com, confirm that whoever handles refrigerant holds EPA Section 608 certification, and ask for proof of liability and workers’ compensation insurance before work begins.
