Terms and Conditions
By using the Miami AC Dispatch website or phone line, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Independent local air-conditioning contractors do the work. We are not an air-conditioning contractor. Availability, pricing, and timing are set by the contractor.
What the Phone Line Does
Miami AC Dispatch is a referral and call-routing service. When you call or submit a request, we pass your information to an independent AC contractor that serves your area. We do not perform air-conditioning work, employ technicians, dispatch vehicles, or supervise any work performed.
- The provider who contacts you is an independent business, not our employee or agent
- Any estimate, price, arrival time, warranty, or promise is made by the provider, not by us
- You may decline the provider's offer and are under no obligation to hire them
Estimates and Pricing
Miami AC Dispatch does not set, quote, or collect fees for air conditioning work. Any service call fee, estimate, or final price is determined by the provider and should be confirmed with them before work begins. We may receive compensation from providers or call-routing networks for calls and requests we refer.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, safety, or outcome of any work performed by a provider, nor for any provider's licensing, insurance, or conduct. Verify a provider's credentials yourself before hiring them; Florida license status can be checked through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the hotline or from any provider's work.
Website Use
The content on this website is provided for general information only and is not professional air conditioning, electrical, or safety advice. Conditions vary, and you should follow the guidance of the provider on site. We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any content.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the website or phone line after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For air conditioning service: call 786-550-6570. That number connects you with an independent local AC contractor; it does not reach the website operator.
